The promotion is open to Australian residents outside the Northern Territory who are at least 18, hold an active Allianz policy at entry and received the promotional invitation. The form must use the email address associated with that policy.
Allianz may verify the policy and email match. A household member or another customer cannot use someone else’s invitation, and an incomplete or indecipherable entry may be rejected.
Open the link contained in the invitation email, then provide full name, preferred mailing address, valid email and mobile number. Submitting the completed form generates one entry.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Correct mailing details matter because the prize is a physical pack, while email and phone are used for verification and winner communication.
The first 50 valid entries drawn each receive a signed Australian National Football Team playing jersey valued at AUD $695, replica player shorts valued at $70, replica socks valued at $20 and a 2026 supporter scarf valued at $35.
The total stated value is $820 per pack and $41,000 across the promotion. The items are supplied as a bundled prize; winners cannot demand cash or choose a different team product.
The draw is scheduled for July 29 at noon AEST in Melbourne with an independent scrutineer. Winners are to be notified in writing within four business days.
Names of winners from certain jurisdictions may be published as required. Keep access to the policy email beyond the July 20 closing date and do not assume that silence immediately after closing means the entry was unsuccessful.
Allianz can request evidence of identity, age, residence and active-policy status. If a prize remains unclaimed by the stated September deadline, a redraw is scheduled under the rules.
The prize may be substituted with an equal-value or equivalent-specification item if unavailable, subject to regulatory requirements. It is not transferable simply because the winner prefers another recipient.
