Ordering entries require an active opt-in
An order placed through the Beyond Menu platform or a restaurant-specific white-label site earns one entry only when the customer selects the sweepstakes checkbox during checkout. An order without that opt-in is not automatically entered.
Orders through the Beyond Menu app can receive five entries, limited to one qualifying five-entry order per participant per day. Other orders may still produce the standard entry when all conditions are met.
Two no-purchase postcard options
The standard free route requires a handwritten postcard with full name, address, email, phone number and the specified sweepstakes wording. Each postcard counts as one entry and must be mailed separately, with no more than one from the same address per day.
A separate postcard bearing the required “5X Entry Multiplier” wording can count as five entries, also limited to one enhanced postcard per day per address. Entries must be postmarked by September 30 and received within four business days after closing.
What the $5,000 award may look like
One winner receives $5,000 in prepaid gift cards. The sponsor may choose Visa, American Express or another comparable prepaid-card form rather than issuing cash.
Taxes and expenses associated with accepting or using the award are the winner’s responsibility. The prize cannot be assigned or transferred, although the sponsor may substitute a comparable or higher-value prize if necessary.
A 24-hour response and photo process
The drawing is planned on or about October 15. The selected person is contacted by email or phone and has only 24 hours to accept and provide an address for a no-value promotional item.
After receiving that item, the potential winner has five days to submit a photo with it. The rules allow an alternative method for a valid reason such as disability or privacy concern, but it must be arranged with the sponsor rather than skipped.
Tax paperwork and contact accuracy
A completed IRS Form W-9 must be returned within seven days of notification. The $5,000 value is reportable income and the winner is expected to receive the relevant tax form.
Because missing the 24-hour response, photo or W-9 deadline can cause forfeiture, use contact information that is checked regularly through mid-October and keep evidence of any requested submission.
Official rules and source
Read the official source before entering, especially near the deadline or if the sponsor publishes an amendment.
