Three routes lead to the same single entry
A new participant can register for More Goodness on the Canadian Goodness contest page. A second route uses an official TikTok or Meta lead-generation form. Existing members should use the “I want to Participate” button provided in a More Goodness email.
These are alternatives, not extra chances. The rules allow one entry per person and one email address per person throughout the full contest. Registering again through another route or using additional addresses can invalidate the entry.
How the C$1,900 prize pool is divided
There are nine monthly prizes, each consisting of a C$100 grocery gift card, plus a final C$1,000 grocery gift card. The cards are redeemable at a selected Canadian grocer under the sponsor's fulfilment arrangements.
A monthly winner remains in the pool for the grand-prize draw, although no person may collect more than one monthly prize. The gift cards must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
Who is eligible across Canada
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory when they enter. That means the applicable age is not identical everywhere, so entrants should use the legal threshold where they live rather than assuming a nationwide age of 18.
Employees and specified family or household members of the sponsor, administrators, agencies and prize suppliers are excluded.
Monthly selections and the final draw
The monthly selections are made from eligible entries available for each period. The final draw is scheduled for August 10, 2026. Odds depend on how many valid entries are in the relevant pool.
A selected entrant is not yet a confirmed winner. The person must be contacted, correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and return the required declaration or release. The initial contact window is short: the rules allow contact within two business days and generally five business days for the selected entrant to respond.
What happens after confirmation
Once eligibility and the claim documents are approved, the grocery gift card is sent by email or courier, normally within four weeks. The entrant should therefore keep the same email active after the July 31 closing date and check spam folders around the draw dates.
The safest approach is to enter once through the route that matches your membership status, save the confirmation and avoid resubmitting.
Entry checklist
- Confirm that you are of legal age where you live in Canada.
- Use only one personal email address.
- Existing members should enter from the More Goodness email rather than opening a duplicate membership.
- Submit before 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern time on July 31.
- Watch for a time-sensitive claim message after a monthly or final draw.
