The promotion contains two separate benefits
The Giveaway provides one qualifying calculator to every eligible teacher whose proof is accepted during the longer entry period. The Sweepstakes adds a random class-set drawing for submissions received by July 31.
A teacher does not need to win the drawing to qualify for the individual calculator. The class-set component is limited to five winning schools.
Which calculator models qualify
The published list includes the fx-55+, fx-260 Solar II, fx-300MS Plus 2nd Edition, fx-300ES Plus 2nd Edition, fx-115ES Plus 2nd Edition and fx-9910CW ClassWiz.
The submitted supply list must name one qualifying model. A list containing only a different or nonqualifying calculator does not create a valid submission.
What the email submission must contain
The email subject should be “Casio Calculator Promotion”. The body must include the teacher’s full name, email, phone number, city and state, school name and school address, together with a copy of the recommended supply list.
Proof of sending is not proof of receipt, so the attachment should be readable and sent early enough to correct a problem before the relevant deadline.
July 31 versus September 30
To enter the drawing for a class set of 40, Casio must receive the submission by July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. The individual-calculator giveaway remains open until September 30 at the same time.
A submission after July 31 may still qualify for the teacher’s calculator, but it no longer qualifies for the class-set sweepstakes.
How the school drawing works
Five eligible entries are scheduled to be selected on or around August 7. Each winning school receives a set of 40 calculators matching the model on its submitted list.
Only one teacher from a school can win a class set. Once an entry from that school is selected, other submissions from the same school become ineligible for that drawing.
Why the supply-list document matters
The qualifying calculator must appear on an official school supply list for the relevant class or course. Casio uses that document to confirm that the request is connected to actual classroom requirements rather than a general product request.
Before sending the email, check that the file or link identifies the school, course and calculator model clearly. An incomplete list, an unsupported model or missing educator details may leave the request ineligible even when the teacher otherwise meets the residency and age rules.
