The main product is the Janome HD9QCP, a top-of-the-line straight-stitch machine promoted for heavy-duty sewing. The package also includes a decorative vinyl American flag handcrafted by Janome educators.

The official page does not offer a cash alternative, and any unused portion of the prize is forfeited. The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes.

The entry form asks for a local dealer

The form requests the entrant’s name, email, phone, home address and the name and address of a local Janome dealer. No purchase is required, but the dealer fields are part of the published entry form and should not be left incomplete.

Only one entry is permitted. Repeated forms, bots or automated entry services can lead to disqualification.

Janome publishes conflicting age statements

The concise Rules of Entry say the entrant must be 21 or older. The longer Official Contest Rules on the same page say the contest is open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older.

Because the official page is internally inconsistent, the safest approach is to enter only at age 21 or older unless Janome directly confirms that 18-to-20-year-olds are accepted. Wynplay does not resolve that conflict by assumption.

The winner is chosen after the August deadline

The random drawing is scheduled on or about August 17. The official rules say a potential winner who cannot be contacted or does not respond within five days may forfeit the prize, allowing Janome to select an alternate.
