The year is divided into January–March, April–June, July–September and October–December. Entries received in a quarter compete only in that quarter’s drawing; the rules do not describe automatic rollover.
A participant can enter once in each quarterly period, but using both the review and mail-in methods in the same quarter does not create an extra entry.
