The video route must meet every publishing requirement
A qualifying video should run between fifteen and sixty seconds and show the entrant’s “Good Mover” dance. It must appear on the entrant’s own Instagram or TikTok main feed, not as an Instagram Story. The post needs to tag @lindahls_uk, use #Lindahls and #GoodMovers, and the entrant must follow the brand account.
The account must be public so the promoter can view and verify the post. By entering, the creator confirms ownership of the footage and accepts the content-use provisions in the terms. A compliant video receives triple weighting in the random selection rather than three separate prizes.
The comment route is simpler but carries one entry
People who do not want to post a video can comment on the joint announcement from @lindahls_uk and @aliceliveing, explaining their favourite place and way to add dance to everyday life. A valid comment provides one entry.
The terms limit participation to one entry per person, with the video treated as a triple-weighted entry. Posting repeated comments or multiple videos does not create unlimited chances. The chosen route should remain visible and connected to the entrant’s account until the draw is complete.
Cash and product supply form one combined prize
The winner receives £10,000 cash and a year’s supply of Lindahls Protein products, capped at two hundred items. The products are delivered under the arrangement stated by the promoter and are not an unlimited entitlement.
The winner will be selected by an automated random process and contacted no later than September 2. The selected entrant has forty-eight hours to respond. If the promoter cannot verify the entry or receives no reply, it may move to an alternate.
