Visitors can use a physical or digital Mystery Card at a Mall of America kiosk for a daily chance at an instant prize valued from $5 to $1,499. A free kiosk route is available without joining MOA Insiders.
This is an in-person promotion. Claim-ticket prizes must be collected by 9:00 p.m. CT on August 31, and most prizes expire September 7 unless stated otherwise.
A visitor can receive a physical promotional card or obtain a digital version through MOA Insiders, then scan or follow the on-screen instructions at a redemption kiosk inside the mall.
People who do not want to enrol in MOA Insiders can use the alternate no-purchase option at the kiosk. Either way, the limit is one play per person per day.
The official rules describe prizes between $5 and $1,499. Examples include retailer and attraction gift cards, Apple Watches, Coach or Kate Spade handbags, Meta smart glasses and a $500 Circle K award.
Available inventory changes as prizes are claimed. The odds depend on the number and timing of eligible plays and the prizes still assigned.
Digital prizes may arrive through the app or email, while selected higher-value items can generate a claim ticket that must be presented at the designated location. Keep the confirmation screen and follow its collection instructions.
Any claim ticket not redeemed by 9:00 p.m. Central Time on August 31 can be forfeited and may move into the second-chance process.
The promotion is open to eligible U.S. and D.C. residents age 18 or older, except residents of Florida, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island and Virginia. A participant also needs to be physically present at the mall to use a kiosk.
Bring identification if a prize requires age, residence or identity verification.
Unawarded eligible gift-card prizes may be included in a second-chance drawing scheduled for September 25, 2026. This does not require a separate paid entry.
