Online and mail entry options
The online method uses the Be There entry form on the MobilityWorks website. The mail option requires a postcard with name, mailing address, daytime phone number and email, postmarked and received within the sweepstakes period.
Both methods are free. Entering through both does not provide two chances because the rules impose a single combined limit.
First-place winner chooses between two options
The top winner may select a 14-day wheelchair-accessible vehicle rental with unlimited mileage, published at a $2,365.20 retail value, or a new AL300-MW MobilityWorks scooter lift with installation, valued at $3,380.
The choice should reflect practical needs, availability and any conditions communicated during fulfilment. The prize cannot be replaced with cash at the winner’s request.
Second- and third-place choices
The second-place winner chooses either five years of ramp maintenance or a package containing one year of roadside assistance plus two seasonal van/ramp maintenance visits. Each option has a stated $595 value.
Third place offers either twelve monthly bags of Eric LeGrand coffee, valued at $145, or a one-day weekday accessible van rental valued at $185.
Eligibility and verification
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 states and Washington, D.C. who are at least 18. Employees, connected parties and their immediate family or household members are excluded.
MobilityWorks may request documents to verify an entry or eligibility. Incomplete, automated, excessive or misleading submissions can be disqualified.
Costs not included in the prize
Federal, state and local taxes and any expenses not expressly listed are the winner’s responsibility. Rental and installation options may also require scheduling, location coordination or compliance with the sponsor’s standard service conditions.
Read the fulfilment communication before accepting a choice, particularly when the prize involves a vehicle, installation or maintenance service.
Official rules and source
Read the official source before entering, especially near the deadline or if the sponsor publishes an amendment.
