Selected recent My Place guests may receive an email inviting them to complete a satisfaction survey about a specified stay. The survey must be submitted within 30 days of the invitation and no later than the promotion deadline.
The alternate route does not require a hotel stay. Send the name, address and email associated with a Stay Rewarded account to the address listed in the official rules, using the required subject line.
