Taxes, additional meals, upgrades, tips, souvenirs, trip insurance, incidentals and any expense not expressly listed remain the winner’s responsibility. The hotel may require a card or cash deposit.
A random drawing is planned on or about August 27. The potential winner is contacted using the submitted information and must complete verification documents, including identification, releases and a W-9 before the prize is awarded.
The initial contact window is short under the rules, so monitor spam and voicemail after the drawing. The guest must also be 21 or older and sign the required travel and liability paperwork.
The Golden Tickets provide access to NOLAxNOLA shows during the winner’s stay, not a general pass for any future date. All elements remain subject to availability and the sponsor’s scheduling.
