Super C awards one $1,000 CAD gift-card prize each month through its customer-experience survey contest for Quebec residents.
The receipt survey code is valid for seven days. A no-code route is available, but the contest applies strict limits to those free entry forms.
A code printed on a Super C receipt opens the customer survey and remains valid for seven days after the store visit. Online shoppers may use the survey link sent by email. Completing the survey records one entry for the applicable monthly drawing.
Enter soon after the visit rather than waiting until the end of the month, because an expired code cannot be restored simply because the overall contest is still open.
The website also allows an eligible person to select the city and the Super C store most recently visited, then submit an entry without a code. No purchase is necessary and using this route does not reduce the chance of winning.
The free entry form is limited to one submission in any seven-day period and four submissions for the full contest. Only one email account may be used.
One entry is selected from the previous month’s eligible submissions for each of the twelve draws. Every prize consists of $1,000 CAD in activated Super C gift cards, with denominations chosen by the sponsor.
The cards can be used at participating Metro, Metro Plus and Super C stores in Quebec, subject to the applicable gift-card terms. They are not described as a cash payment.
The sponsor contacts the selected entrant by phone or email. The person must respond within five business days, return the declaration and release within ten days, provide identification if requested and correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
The rules also require collection arrangements and may request an official prize-giving photograph. Failure to complete the steps can lead to a replacement drawing.
Entries are grouped by the month in which the contest computer records them. Drawings are planned within seven days after month-end, so a submission near the final day belongs to that month only if it is received before the relevant cutoff.
The entire contest closes September 26 rather than on the final calendar day of September. Do not assume the last monthly period runs through September 30.
