Entry checklist

Professional and amateur entries have separate prize packages

The professional winner receives Volotea flight credit worth up to €3,000, a Fujifilm X-T50 camera with a Fujinon lens, and a Tropicfeel backpack with a €75 gift card. Five professional finalists each receive €250 in Volotea flight credit and a €50 Tropicfeel gift card.

The amateur winner receives €1,000 in Volotea flight credit, a Fujifilm digital camera, and the same backpack-and-gift-card combination. Five amateur finalists each receive €150 in flight credit and a €50 Tropicfeel gift card.

Eligibility is tied to legal residence in the European Union

Entrants must be natural persons aged at least 18 with legal residence in an EU country. The contest is free, but the entrant is responsible for internet access and for ensuring the submitted information and image comply with the rules.

Entries using false information, third-party data without permission or images involving unauthorized personal data can be excluded. The legal-residence requirement matters even though Volotea serves destinations beyond one country.

A jury, not a random draw, decides the result

Volotea appoints a professional jury drawn from photography, publishing and advertising. The rules describe this as a skill-based evaluation, so the quality and suitability of the image determine the outcome rather than chance.

The participation period closes on September 10 and the winner and finalists are scheduled to be notified on September 29. Entrants should keep the submitted email account active through that date.

Flight credits carry booking and travel limits

The one-year professional credit may be used for Volotea-operated flights for the winner and one companion, subject to blackout periods and booking conditions. Finalist vouchers and the amateur credit also have their own validity and route restrictions.

The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, and optional upgrades or services not expressly included remain the winner’s responsibility.
