Who can take part

• Be over 18 and employed within the confectionery retail sector.
• Be an eligible current mailing-list member or place a qualifying online order through the retailer website or app during the entry window.
• Use accurate business and contact details and submit no more than one entry per individual.

Entry route

1. Confirm that the entrant works in the qualifying retail sector.
2. Remain on the relevant mailing list or complete an eligible online trade order between June 22 and July 31.
3. Monitor the email used for the account after August 3 and respond within the claim period if selected.

Who is included in the draw

The terms include eligible people already on the World of Sweets mailing list and eligible customers who place online orders through the retailer website or app during the stated period.

Employment in confectionery retail is an express condition. Someone who does not work in that sector should not rely on access to the public terms page as proof of eligibility.

The order route is linked to a trade account

Qualifying orders must be placed between 00:01 on June 22 and 23:59 on July 31. Contact details attached to the order or mailing record need to be complete because they are used for winner notification.

The terms cap participation at one entry per individual. Multiple orders should therefore not be treated as multiple drawing chances unless World of Sweets publishes a clarifying amendment.

Prize and drawing process

The prize is a Ninja Woodfire Electric BBQ Grill & Smoker. It is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be replaced by an item of equal or greater value only if circumstances require it.

World of Sweets will choose the winner at random and send an email after August 3. The rules allow two contact attempts.

Claim and delivery timing

If the selected person does not answer within 14 days after the second notification email, the promoter may withdraw the award and choose another winner.

Delivery is expected within about 14 days after a successful claim, although the parties may agree another collection or delivery arrangement. Product warranty and practical support then follow the manufacturer’s conditions.
