Four monthly drawings with purchase and mail entry routes
Each monthly drawing awards 600 prizes, ranging from a private-chef backyard barbecue to grills, grilling kits and account credits.
Check the state exclusions before entering. Legal residents of Rhode Island, Florida and New York are specifically excluded even though most of the contiguous United States is eligible.
A subscription order placed during May, June, July or August provides one automatic entry for that month’s drawing. The order must be a qualifying subscription transaction recorded before the monthly deadline. Because each order is a separate entry, subscribers should not assume that opening an account once covers all four drawings.
The no-purchase method requires a hand-printed 3-by-5-inch card mailed in a separate envelope with the information requested in the rules. One mail entry may be sent every two weeks. Entries are assigned according to the postmark and receipt rules, so sending several cards together or using an automated form does not create valid extra chances.
Within each monthly prize pool, three winners receive a private-chef barbecue for up to ten people, with the combined stated value of those awards set at $15,000. Five winners receive a grill plus a $250 ButcherBox credit, 160 receive grilling kits, 332 receive $50 account credits and 100 receive $10 credits.
Credits are tied to ButcherBox accounts and are not the same as cash. Physical experiences and products may involve scheduling, delivery and other conditions described by the sponsor. Taxes and costs not expressly included remain the winner’s responsibility.
Eligibility covers adults in the contiguous forty-eight states and the District of Columbia, but the rules carve out Rhode Island, Florida and New York. Alaska and Hawaii are outside the stated territory as well. The promotion also limits the combined total to eight entries per email address across all methods.
Potential winners are contacted using the information associated with the entry and may have to prove that they control the email address. The rules provide five days to respond and complete required verification. Missing that window can lead to forfeiture and selection of an alternate.
