Hy-Vee will award 100 packages, each with two grandstand tickets for all three days of the August NASCAR weekend at Iowa Speedway.
Entry is limited to Iowa residents who already belong to Hy-Vee PERKS or PERKS+. Potential winners have only 24 hours to accept.
Each winner receives two grandstand tickets for Friday, August 7, Saturday, August 8 and Sunday, August 9. The schedule includes the ARCA Menards Series, the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Hy-Vee PERKS 250 and the NASCAR Cup Series Iowa Corn 350.
The approximate retail value is $756 per winning package. The award is tickets only, so transportation to Newton, accommodation, parking, meals and taxes remain the winner’s responsibility unless the venue separately includes something on the ticket.
The sweepstakes is not open nationwide. Entrants must be legal Iowa residents, at least 18 years old and enrolled in the Hy-Vee PERKS or PERKS+ loyalty program before entering.
The entry form asks for name, mailing address, email and telephone number. Those details should match the member and remain current because Hy-Vee uses them for verification and notification.
One valid entry per person is permitted each day of the promotion. Entering on several different days can create several chances, but duplicate submissions on the same day exceed the stated limit.
No purchase is required. The rules also require cookies to be enabled on the device used to access the form, which may matter if privacy settings block the submission process.
Hy-Vee plans to select the 100 potential winners in a random drawing on or about July 13. Notification is made by phone or email within four days of selection.
A selected member must accept within 24 hours. If the message is missed or the prize is not accepted in time, Hy-Vee may treat it as refused and choose an alternate, so voicemail, spam and promotions folders deserve attention.
A potential winner may be asked for an eligibility affidavit, liability or publicity release and IRS Form W-9. Failing verification can lead to disqualification.
Tickets are non-transferable under the promotion rules and no cash alternative is promised. Federal, state and local tax obligations connected with the $756 value belong to the winner.
