Invitation-only customer survey
One eligible survey respondent will receive a $1,000 Prezzee digital gift card after the August customer-feedback draw.
Only customers who received the survey by SMS or email can enter. A generic visit to the Luxaflex website does not create an entry.
The promotion is open only to current or former customers who receive a specific promotional email or SMS. The link in that message directs the recipient to the official feedback survey.
The entrant is treated as the person whose name is associated with the Luxaflex account connected to the phone number or email used. Forwarding the link does not make another person eligible.
The respondent must supply the requested personal details, answer all survey questions and submit the completed form before 11:59:59 p.m. AEST on July 31.
One entry is permitted for each feedback request. An incomplete survey does not qualify, and the promoter can remove invalid submissions before the draw.
The only prize is a $1,000 Prezzee gift card sent electronically. Prezzee lets recipients use the value through its supported digital gift-card options, but retailer availability and redemption conditions come from the issuer.
The unused balance cannot be requested as cash. Any ancillary redemption cost and the security of the delivered digital card are the winner’s responsibility.
Feedback ASAP is scheduled to conduct the random draw at noon AEDT on August 11. The winner is contacted by telephone within two days and their name is published on the Luxaflex website within seven days.
Keeping the account phone number current is important. If the prize remains unclaimed for three calendar months, the terms provide for another draw subject to regulatory directions.
The official terms clearly state the 2026 entry period and the August 11, 2026 primary draw, but the later unclaimed-prize paragraph displays a 2025 calendar date that cannot follow that draw.
For that reason, rely on the stated three-month rule and any updated notice from Luxaflex rather than the obsolete printed date. This inconsistency does not change the July 31 entry deadline or the primary prize details.
