Eligibility and the one-entry rule

• Be a legal resident of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and at least the age of majority in your state.
• Submit the official form with accurate contact details, either directly or after scanning a participating library’s QR code.
• Limit participation to one entry per person for the entire sweepstakes.

From the reading program to the race draw

1. Open the Phoenix Raceway entry form or scan the campaign QR code displayed by a participating library.
2. Complete every required field and submit the form before 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on August 31.
3. If selected, return the requested eligibility and release documents within the seven-day period stated in the rules.

The library QR code and direct form lead to the same draw

Participating libraries can display a campaign QR code as part of their reading program. Scanning it opens the official entry route; it does not create a separate library-only prize pool or an extra entry.

People who do not encounter the QR code can use the direct online form. Because the rules allow only one entry per person, submitting through both routes can create a duplicate rather than a second valid chance.

Every winner receives an eight-pass package

The prize contains four reserved grandstand admissions and four infield passes for the NASCAR Cup Series race. The infield credentials supplement the ticket package and should not be interpreted as four additional grandstand seats.

Phoenix Raceway lists an approximate retail value of $900 for each package. The event date is fixed, so the winner must be available to use the tickets on October 18, 2026.

The winner organizes the Arizona visit

The award does not include airfare, mileage, hotel accommodation, meals, parking or incidental spending. A winner who lives far from Avondale should compare those costs with the value and fixed timing of the race before accepting.

Event schedules and venue rules can change. Admission remains subject to Phoenix Raceway and NASCAR policies, including any restrictions printed on or delivered with the electronic or physical credentials.

Verification has a seven-day deadline

Potential winners are contacted using the information submitted on the form. The rules require the requested affidavit, release or other documentation to be returned within seven days of notification.

An incomplete response, ineligible entrant or missed deadline can cause forfeiture. Keeping a screenshot or confirmation of the original submission may help resolve a contact-detail issue, although it does not replace official validation.

What the admission package leaves out

• Each prize has a stated approximate value of $900, making the total published prize pool $2,700.
• The race is scheduled for October 18, 2026 at Phoenix Raceway.
• Transportation, accommodation, food, parking and other personal expenses are the winner’s responsibility.
