There are 17 separate weekly entry periods. A non-winning weekly entry does not roll over to a later weekly drawing, so the week when the form is submitted determines that part of eligibility.
The grand-prize package includes a $500 gift card, a year’s supply of Tootsie Pops valued at up to $200 and additional branded merchandise. Its maximum value is $1,200.
All eligible entries received during the grand-prize period are included in that final random drawing. A person can therefore miss a weekly prize and still remain eligible for the larger package.
The entrant visits the official flavor-vote site, chooses a favorite current flavor and may be invited to cast optional future-flavor votes. The registration then asks for name, address, phone and email.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Shared or multiple email identities, automated registration and attempts to exceed the limit can void the submission.
